Ginger is a flavor enhancer, especially where grapefruit is concerned. Subbing ginger liqueur for the usual triple sec brings out the tart and juicy sweetness of Belvedere Pink Grapefruit.
1.5 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
¼ oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
¼ oz lime juice
½ oz Ocean Spray Cranberry juice
1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. 2. Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.
